Functions in the title bar

	Allows export of the currently documented stocktaking as Excel
	- If no items are present or - if the setting "Use consignment stocks" is activated and all items have "Documented Quantity" == 0 the stocktaking is automatically deleted.

Header

The headers differ depending on whether the product is already in the cart or not.

Product is not yet in the cart

3. Switches to the entry mask to add the product to the cart. The icon is only visible if "Direct selection" is inactive.

Product is already in the cart

5. Expiry date (only visible if an expiry date was scanned via HIBC barcode)

Scan function

A successful scan opens the product in the entry area.

• for creating a new entry if the product is not yet in the cart.
• for editing if the product is already in the cart.

Completion	If the setting "Use consignment stocks" is not activated in the backend: Close stocktaking -> jump to Customer details   If the setting "Use consignment stocks" is activated in the backend,  and at least one item with understock is present:   Message "Should an order for consignment withdrawal be created?" YES> An order is created with the items of understock and the corresponding difference quantities. Then the message appears: "Should the consignment withdrawal order be edited now?" NO> Close stocktaking -> jump to Customer details YES> Load withdrawal order NO> Close stocktaking -> jump to Customer details
Scan	The item entry mask opens and can be filled via the scanner
Import	Allows the import of an Excel list.  Structure:  no column header first column: product number second column: stocktaking quantity optional third column: batch Re-importing the Excel overwrites the quantity if previously documented

Stocktaking process

General Information

A product in the stocktaking process is always identified by the product number and the batch number (if the product is batch management required).

Functions in the title bar

Header

Icon	Explanation
	If products are In Basket, switch to the previous product
	If products are In Basket, switch to the next product
	Search area for product numbers, press Enter to trigger the search
	Decrease quantity for the currently selected product
	Increase quantity for the currently selected product
	Transfers the quantity to the In Basket or updates the quantity if the product is already In Basket

Column definition

Kebab menu ()

The entry area has the same kebab menu as the grid area.

Header

In portrait view, the header begins with the definition from the grid area.

Function	Explanation
	Jumps one item back in the grid area.
	Adds the product to the cart. The entry area is exited/closed.
	Adds the product to the cart and jumps one item forward in the grid area.
	Jumps one item forward in the grid area.

Following the Functions is the tab bar.

Scan function

• Scanning the same product increases the quantity in steps of 1.
• Scanning a different product
  • takes over the current product (like the "Save" function)
  • checks whether the scanned product exists
    • Yes: Takes over the new product directly into the entry mask.
      • If a batch is required, the batch selection now appears, unless the batch is already included in the barcode.
    • No: Switches to the grid area and displays the standard message for not found.

Tab bar of the Stocktaking entry mask

The tab bar contains further information about the currently selected product or offers you the possibility to make additional entries. Depending on the activated rights, the tabs may not be visible or contain less information.

TAB: POS

The display of the individual fields depends on the activated rights in the employee's role.

Quantity	This field is Always present.
VE		This is Nothing an input field.
Expiry date		This is Nothing an input field, The information is only determined and displayed via a HICB barcode.

Batch items

If a batch article is called up, the batch must first be selected / entered there. The following is displayed for this:

1. Note: "Batch required"
2. Dropdown: "Select opportunity"
3. Input field "Enter opportunity"
4. Action button "Apply"

As long as the batch is not selected, the Functions "Save" and "Right arrow (green)" are inactive.

TAB: DETAILS

Customer product no.	If it is a transfer order, the customer product no. is first determined based on the debtor. If no entry is found, the check is performed with the distributor.

TAB: MODULE

Modules are configured individually in the backend. Up to 5 modules can be displayed.
This tab is only displayed if modules are configured. See also Modules in the backend

TAB: HISTORY

Shows the item lines of the invoice documents for the selected customer and the selected product. The number of visible lines can be set in the backend via Basic configuration - Settings "Item history". The tab is only displayed if the corresponding right is set in the role, area "ORDER / items" in the backend.
