Panel: Correspondence (email only)

Enter a text here for the e-mail correspondence.

Texts entered here can be interpreted as HTML if it is valid HTML.

1. Predefined text blocks can be created via the backend code table "Order suggestion Text blocks", which can be accessed through the kebab menu in the panel. The defined text blocks can contain HTML formatting such as hyperlinks.

From version 21:

1. Text input with a formatting bar (WYSIWYG editor)
2. Bold, Italic, Underlined, numbered list, bullet list, decrease/increase indent
3. Icon to add hyperlinks
4. Order suggestion Text blocks, as before

Since version 21, a formatting bar (WYSIWYG editor) is available above the text input. The text no longer needs to be entered manually as HTML.

You can maintain the texts in the code tables in the backend. The type is "Order suggestion Text blocks".

Why do I not see the Fax recipient section?

You need a corresponding fax server licence for this item to be visible.

Enter current inventory

A new current inventory can be entered. The Withdrawal column then contains Target inventory minus Current inventory. Entering a current inventory greater than the Target inventory is not possible.

The withdrawn quantity is entered. The current inventory is reduced by the withdrawn quantity and Withdrawal receives the quantity you entered.

General Information

Clicking on the widget opens an information window:

Import product data via Excel. The Excel document must have the following structure:

1. No column headers
2. First column: Item number
3. Second column: Order Quantity
4. Third column (optional): Batch

Validation

If there are no problems during validation, the products are imported directly. The following validation takes place during import.

Validation	Explanation
Item number	The item number is checked in DeDeSales. If there is no match, the following additional fields are checked in order: EAN CODE EAN CODE on the packaging unit EAN CODE on the single piece Base item number Customer's item number (DAI)
Status	If the product is Locked, this is recognised as a problem.
Valid sales quantity	If adherence to sales quantities is Mandatory and violated, this is recognised as a problem.
Listing	If the product is not listed and the Customer has a closed listing, this is recognised as a problem.
Batch	If the product is Batch management required, a Batch is required in the order and no Batch was specified in column 3, this is recognised as a problem.

If one or more problems are detected, a Summary with the identified problems appears. The grid columns are: Line, Product, Error.

Import process

1. If a product appears multiple times in the Excel, it is also added multiple times to the Cart.
