Grid area

The Facing note in widget entry extends the entry mask with information for collecting facing data. The Facing note in widget entry is not an Order entry, although an order can be created from a corresponding entry at any time.

Data Transfer

The data transfer is triggered by "Send Facing note in widget".
When a visit is ended, the Facing note in widget for the customer is also automatically activated for sending.
The Facing note in widget is now completed and only a new Facing note in widget can be created. All values recorded here are considered "old" values during the next entry.
Facings are not displayed in Data Transfer and the Order Overview.

Kebab menu ()

The input area has the same kebab menu as the grid area.

Header

In portrait view, the header starts with the definition from the grid area.

Scan function

Scanning the same product increases the Quantity in packaging unit steps.
Scanning a different product
- takes over the current Product (like the Funktion "Save")
- Checks whether the scanned product exists
  - Yes: Takes over the new Product directly into the input mask.
    - If a Batch is required, the batch selection now appears, unless the Batch is already included in the barcode.
  - No: Switches to the grid area and displays the standard message for not found.

Tab bar of the entry mask

The tab bar contains further information about the currently selected product or offers you the possibility to make additional entries. Depending on the activated rights, the tabs may not be visible or contain less information.

The display of the individual fields depends on the activated rights in the employee's role.

Quantity	This field is always present.
Nat.disc.	ORDER / item / Rebate in kind	Only available in the smartphone portrait view, as it is normally located in the entry mask.
		If the Nat.disc. field is not visible, the buttons to decrease / increase the quantity in VE steps are displayed.
VE		This is not an input field.
Price	This field is always present.	If the price is manually changed, it is displayed in red.
Discount in %	ORDER / item / Enter discount
Total		This is not an input field. The total changes automatically with the input.
Zone	Present as soon as the code table "Zone" is maintained.	The alt value shows the value of the last entry
Facing	Present as soon as the code table "Facing" is maintained.	The alt value shows the value of the last entry
QUANT_INPUT_1	Present as soon as the field has been renamed in the backend.	The alt value shows the value of the last entry
QUANT_INPUT_2	Present as soon as the field has been renamed in the backend.	The alt value shows the value of the last entry

Batch items

If a batch item is called up and batch recording is intended, the batch must first be selected / entered there. The following is displayed for this purpose:
