Documents that are Completed are not included in the Back Orders.

The exact logic is:

  1. Document must not be Completed
  2. Item must not be cancelled
  3. the Delivered Quantity of the item must be less than the ordered Quantity
  4. Depending on the setting in the backend
    • Req. delivery date exceeded: Req. delivery date must be in the past
    • Item open: no further check
