        Export

When exporting, an Excel document is created. The Excel document contains on sheet 1 (Name: Chart) a screenshot of the chart, as well as the data for the evaluation period.

On sheet 2 (Name: Data) a table with the corresponding data.

        Enter target turnover

The target turnovers are entered in the backend under Order support - Data collection - Target agreement. This can be done on a customer-related basis, or if you have created "pseudo customers" for your employees, you can also output the targets at the year level.

          Special Features for Key Account

          Key Account Extensions

Requires the Key account module and the selection of a Key account customer.
If a Key account is selected, the turnover is calculated based on the individual turnovers of the customers assigned to the Key account.
From version 10: Instead of a Key account, any node of the customer hierarchy can also be selected.

          Triple-Point: Average of all customers

If this menu item is activated, the summed turnover is not displayed, but the turnover divided by the quantity of customers assigned to the Key account.

          Data sources

          image.png

The standard display in the turnovers is always Current year, For year and For-For year for the selected customer (in this case the Key account). Via the Data sources option, instead of the Key account, any other customer assigned to the Key account can also be selected. This allows either up to three customers to be compared with each other, or the Key account (usually the Average) to be compared with up to two other customers.
