The different ways to enter products

Several options are available for entering products.
The appropriate method can be chosen depending on the use case.

The following Functions offer different ways to Add products to the Cart.

• Order template
  • Predefined product list created in the backend, e.g. for promotional offers at Christmas
• Favourites
  • Quick access to frequently used products
• Import
  • Option to place Orders via an Excel import
• Consignment stock
  • Stock-bound products
• Listing
  • Entry within the Listing defined for the Customer

• Presentation mode

Rewriting Orders in Debtor Mapping

After creating a debtor mapping and performing a data transfer, the customer numbers in already existing orders (prior to the mapping creation) are updated to the new customer number.
