# Difference between Tasks / CRM

### Tasks

Tasks are hidden after saving.

Under certain circumstances (setting in the backend) they can also be performed more frequently.

Each completed task results in its own data record

### CRM

CRM can be created for Customers, Contacts, New customers, etc.

The data is not hidden after saving, i.e. the previous values are still displayed and can be changed / supplemented.

A CRM creates a data record that is continuously maintained.
